Istanbul and Troy

Be ready to witness Turkish history starting from Ottomans and Byzantine. Coveted by empires across the centuries, straddling both Europe and Asia, Istanbul is one of the world’s great metropolises. You will be visiting Hagia Sophia, Byzantine, Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Topkapi Palace. Our next visit with a UNESCO World Heritage Site: Troy. Feted down through the ages, Troy is the legendary setting for the long Trojan War, a city only finally conquered when Greek soldiers hid themselves within the “peace offering” of the Trojan Horse to gain access to the city.
